Description: Southern Graphics Systems (SGS) is a graphics production company serving the packaging industry. Rapid Process Management (RPM) is 4 enterprise tools: Asset Management, Virtual Review, Process Tracker and Dynamic Publisher.
The Support Ticket System improves how support issues are handled and allows for qualitative and qualitative analysis of reported issues.
Responsibilities: Developed an error and bug reporting application. Application allows users to submit a 'ticket' reporting a particular problem they encountered while using any of the applications in the system. E-mails are sent to the respective support person. They can respond. Correspondence is displayed as a log. Each party can close the ticket when satisfied.
Employed LLBLGen O/R Mapper to create data access layer. Reports can be generated by creating ad-hoc queries on the data.
